1. 프로젝트 세팅

가. 프로젝트 생성 > 경로: bookreview 폴더

나. 기본 파일, 폴더 생성

1) app.py

2) static 폴더(directory), templates 폴더(directory)

3) templates 폴더 내 index.html 생성

4) Flask pkg install (File > Settings > ...)

5) pymongo pkg도 install
